Pregnancy Third-trimester exposure: risk of neonatal extrapyramidal/withdrawal symptoms; may decrease milk supply. Registry available.

Lactation Present in human breast milk; may cause clinically relevant decreases in milk supply; monitor infant for dehydration and poor weight gain.
