- Levothyroxine — Synthetic T4 replacement for hypothyroidism; absorption makes consistency essential.
- Liothyronine — Synthetic T3; faster, shorter-acting thyroid hormone than levothyroxine.
- Resmetirom — Thyroid-hormone-receptor-beta agonist; the first drug for NASH/MASH.
- Thyroid, desiccated — Porcine T4/T3 extract for hypothyroidism; its hormone ratio differs from human secretion.
