- Tacrolimus — Calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant more potent than cyclosporine.
- Tacrolimus ointment — Steroid-sparing calcineurin-inhibitor ointment for atopic dermatitis; safe on thin skin.
- Voclosporin — Calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant for lupus nephritis.
