Why this oneUnlike mirabegron, it does not inhibit CYP2D6 and has little effect on blood pressure.

Instructions
- Swallow tablet whole with water, with or without food
- May crush and mix with a tablespoon of applesauce, take immediately
Cautions
- Urinary retention (esp. bladder outlet obstruction or with antimuscarinics)
- Angioedema of face/larynx

- Nasopharyngitis
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Upper respiratory tract infection
Pregnancy No human data; animal studies showed no embryo-fetal effects at clinical exposures
