Instructions

Instill once daily in the evening; do not exceed once-daily dosing
If using other topical ophthalmics, administer at least 5 minutes apart
Remove contact lenses before instillation; reinsert 15 minutes after

Cautions

Permanent increased iris pigmentation; periorbital and eyelash pigmentation changes
Gradual eyelash changes (length, thickness, number)
May exacerbate active intraocular inflammation (e.g., uveitis)
Macular edema, including cystoid; caution in aphakic/pseudophakic patients with torn posterior capsule
Not evaluated for angle-closure, inflammatory, or neovascular glaucoma
Bacterial keratitis with contaminated multidose containers
