Instructions
- Give with dexamethasone per the emetogenicity regimen
- Capsule with or without food, 1 hour before chemotherapy
Cautions
- Hypersensitivity, including anaphylaxis (palonosetron component)
- MAOIs due to risk of serotonin syndrome
