Why this oneIts nitrate combination provides heart-failure survival benefit, and it remains useful in pregnancy when RAAS blockers are unsuitable.

What limits itReflex tachycardia and fluid retention require companion therapy; frequent dosing hurts adherence. Long use can cause lupus and neuropathy.
