Instructions
- Subcutaneous only — abdomen, thigh, or upper arm
- 675 mg quarterly dose given as three consecutive 225 mg injections
Cautions
- Hypersensitivity reactions (anaphylaxis, angioedema)
- Constipation with serious complications
- Hypertension (new-onset or worsening)
- Raynaud's phenomenon
