Why this oneThe only CGRP antibody given intravenously \u2014 onset within the first day of infusion rather than the subcutaneous monthly rhythm of the others.
What limits itHalf-life about 27 days. Hypersensitivity reactions (angioedema, urticaria, flushing, rash) are the label warning; no boxed warning.
