Adverse reactions

Pregnancy Avoid at ~30 weeks gestation and later (premature closure of fetal ductus arteriosus); limit use 20–30 weeks (risk of oligohydramnios/fetal renal dysfunction).

Lactation Small amounts of diclofenac present in human milk; effects on infant/milk production unknown.
