What it isA synthetic calcium-bound polyacrylic bulk fiber for constipation and for stool normalization in IBS.
Why this oneAs an insoluble water-absorbing polymer, it normalizes both constipation and diarrhea without fermentation.
What limits itLike every bulk agent it must be taken with adequate water, and the calcium can bind co-administered tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones.

Instructions
- Take each dose with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water or other fluid — taking without enough liquid may cause choking
