What it isA combination antacid pairing aluminum hydroxide with magnesium hydroxide to neutralize gastric acid.
Why this oneCombining the two balances aluminum's constipating effect against magnesium's laxative effect for better GI tolerability than either alone.
What limits itLike other polyvalent-cation antacids it binds fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines, and other drugs, and both cations can accumulate dangerously in renal impairment.

Instructions
- Shake well before using
- Each 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) = aluminum hydroxide 200 mg + magnesium hydroxide 200 mg + simethicone 20 mg
Cautions
- Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease or are on a magnesium-restricted diet
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if taking a prescription drug - antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs
- Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms last more than 2 weeks
- Do not use maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks except under physician supervision
- Keep out of reach of children
