Orthostatic hypotension
- Remove offending drugs + correct volume loss
- Compression, fluids + salt when appropriate
- Midodrine or droxidopa are main pressor drugs
- Fludrocortisone expands volume but adds burden
- Supine HTN limits all pressor therapy
- Dose pressors during waking/upright hours
