Neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS)

- Benzodiazepines may help mild/catatonic features
- Dantrolene or bromocriptine for severe cases
- ECT is effective for refractory/catatonic NMS
- Rechallenge only after recovery with cautious strategy
