Malignant hyperthermia
- Stop triggering anesthetic/succinylcholine immediately
- Give IV dantrolene promptly
- Hyperventilate with 100% oxygen
- Active cooling + correct acidosis/K+
- Treat arrhythmias without calcium-channel blockers
- Continue ICU monitoring for recrudescence
