Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM, obstructive)
- Treat symptoms + LV outflow obstruction
- Beta blocker is common first drug
- Verapamil/diltiazem if beta blocker unsuitable
- Persistent symptoms → cardiac myosin inhibitor
- Severe refractory obstruction → septal reduction
