Colchicine — Anti-inflammatory for gout and pericarditis; microtubule inhibitor, narrow index.
Tirbanibulin — Short-course topical treatment for actinic keratoses on the face or scalp; disrupts microtubules and commonly causes local inflammation.
Vincristine — Vinca-alkaloid chemotherapy; dose-limiting peripheral neuropathy, fatal if intrathecal.
