- Edetate calcium disodium — IV lead chelator; nephrotoxic and not interchangeable with disodium EDTA, which can cause fatal hypocalcemia.
- Succimer — Oral lead chelator used in children; monitor liver enzymes and neutrophils, and remove the exposure source.
