Glycerin — Osmotic agent; oral for acute intraocular pressure, rectal as a suppository laxative.
Isosorbide — Oral osmotic agent (Ismotic) for acute glaucoma — not the dinitrate or mononitrate.
Mannitol — Osmotic diuretic for raised intracranial pressure and glaucoma.
