Folate repletion
- Supplies reduced folate directly, bypassing dihydrofolate reductase
- ➔ so it works even when DHFR is inhibited
- Rescues normal cells after high-dose methotrexate

- Leucovorin — Reduced folate that rescues methotrexate toxicity but potentiates fluorouracil.
