Combination of Albuterol and Ipratropium, as a soft-mist inhaler rather than the DUONEB nebulizer solution.

Instructions
- Oral inhalation only
- Prime before first use (actuate until aerosol cloud visible, then 3 more times); re-prime if unused >3 days (1 actuation) or >21 days (full prime)

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to atropine or any of its derivatives
Cautions
- Paradoxical bronchospasm
- Cardiovascular effects
- Ocular effects (narrow-angle glaucoma)
- Urinary retention
- Hypokalemia
- Hypersensitivity/anaphylaxis
Adverse reactions
- Upper respiratory infection, nasopharyngitis
- Cough, bronchitis
- Headache
- Dyspnea
Pregnancy No consistent risk signal for inhaled ipratropium/albuterol; albuterol showed cleft palate in mice.
Lactation Low expected milk levels; consider benefits vs. maternal need.
